Actually, the answer I'd give is: "well, I'm an excellent web designer and developer, and I'd hope I'd be able to contribute significantly to this company using the skills I've developed in that area. If you're talking about non-technical skills, though, I think " <pick a strong interpersonal skill> " is my strongest quality and it really contributes to my success in this position because " <insert explanation relating interpersonal skill to position> "."

That came to me the minute I hung up the phone. I slapped my forehead. I wrote it down to memorize during the actual interview.

Or something like that. Honestly, cheesy shit like that WORKS. Stand in front of a mirror and say shit like that before an interview until YOU believe yourself; then it won't be so lame sounding when it comes out of your mouth in an interview. I'm about to get hired into a new field with little to no experience at the kind of job I'll be doing, and I'm convinced it's because I decided to give up on waiting for a sane employer and just play the game. So it goes.
