I generally eat bland food. The only thing I eat regularly that I know sets me off is tomato-related stuff, and even that I don't eat so often. The morning after heavy drinking causes it, but that's not unexpected. I'm a vegetarian (except for chicken), but on the very rare occasion I will eat red meat (like if I'm at a barbecue or something, and that often causes it. I don't eat any spicy food or anything like that, either.
