Pretty spontaneous, but I made it to the bathroom. Only thing I've eaten today is pea soup and a grape energy drink, but even still the vomit was pretty much clear and acidy.

It was the kind of pea soup that's entirely liquid. My favorite. That shit with a cup of milk mixed in.

I generally eat bland food. The only thing I eat regularly that I know sets me off is tomato-related stuff, and even that I don't eat so often. The morning after heavy drinking causes it, but that's not unexpected. I'm a vegetarian (except for chicken), but on the very rare occasion I will eat red meat (like if I'm at a barbecue or something, and that often causes it. I don't eat any spicy food or anything like that, either.

Drank too much rum. Threw up when I tried to take my nightly dose of lithium. I wasn't actually nauseous, but one of the pills got a little stuck in the back of my throat and set off the works. I was in the kitchen so I yakked all over the place before getting to the sink. Even now there's still vomit all over the floor. I probably won't even clean it today unless it starts getting hot. Also clogged the sink, which is now filled with a mix of vomit and water from me trying to clean it.

Starting the month of right. Woke up thinking it was time for another lithium-related pee but I ended up taking a dump out of my mouth. Had a roasted chicken sub yesterday and it came up nice. Very smooth, no chunks really. Taste was inoffensive but not something I'd put in my mouth if it wasn't coming out by force. My heart is still pumpin' so no easy sleep.

i ate something at lunch which is making my anus barf up what appears to be mucousy deep sea life. worst of all, they've closed the ONLY bathroom down on my floor for renovations, so i gotta run down a flight of stairs with a shit-kraken thrashing about in my davy jones' locker :-(

Every bodily fluid (and things that could feasibly be fluid) was involved. It was ugly and I have little dignity left. I had to throw out the rug thing in front of the toilet in the bathroom afterward.
