Fuck, I'm going to have to comb through 4 pages of posts tomorrow night and ascertain who actually suggested shows that fit the parameters of the competition and who didn't. (Probably more than 4 pages, at this rate. -Ed.) Then actually seed them. :snoop

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown, like my man Fred Durst said.

bebe's kids was a hit with white people apparently. white girl was singing,"we don't die, we multiply" with me the other week. when the movie came out, white friend told me he's going to see bebe's kids.

Do you still laugh like that when watching it now, Shaka?

I don't think it's funny anymore. Though I'm not sure whether it's badly written or 'cause I've been overexposed to non-sequitur humor as a teenager. I'm guessing it's a mix of the two.

also don't forget, zack is 1/16th native or something

that was such a good episode

Mark-Paul Gosselaar is actually Indonesian on his mom's side...

no one is disputing the whiteness of Frasier because lord almighty was that show bleached bone white and my enjoyment of the show does indeed make me question my non-white status

we are arguing about the show's quality and hence its eligibility in this esteemed exercise

it's all good though because full house will win in a landslide and then we can hopefully move on to determining the least white shows of the 90s, shout out to ghostwriter!!!

My former neighbor was on Ghostwriter, white guy of course...

Frasier was ahead of its time.  If you replaced the snobby attitude with autism and their love of wine with computer hardware and craft beer, the show would perfectly represent the pasty autists that are currently running amok in the Pacific Northwest.

Lager, you didn't explain the appeal of that smelly cat video you asshole. Why can't anyone explain why Friends was popular?!

Friends was for white chicks who couldn't afford to watch Sex and the City instead.

So why isnt Seinfeld not included in any of your lists?  Sure it is funny at times but all the shows are a train wreck of some kind.  As the conclusion of the shows proved.

Didn't Norm MacDonald have a sitcom in the late 90's?  That had to be pretty white.

I am fucking pasting text on a blank bracket, the barn door's open and all the animals left.

BTW, I was feeling pretty blue today when I came home but doing this project has shown me that no matter how low I think I've dropped to in life, I can always drop a little lower. :jawalrus

This thread is on the front page of google results for "whitest sitcom," so you can't act like this isn't a real accomplishment.

Plus I bet there's a ~10% chance the thread gets bumped in the next five years by a very disappointed Stormfront poster who was simply trying to find some white-positive entertainment for the family.

How long should the polls for round 1 stay open? I honestly have no idea how frequently your average Borean surfs here. A week feels too long... lots of rounds... lots of weeks.

Voted.  Some tough match-ups there.

Seinfeld vs. Will and Grace... man. I mean, Seinfeld should in theory just run away with this entire contest, but that's a good match-up right there.

Will and Grace had Taye Diggs as a legit love interest in the later seasons, along with a significant, fleshed out supporting character who was Salvadorian (even if they made her a maid). I'm voting Seinfeld.

Real talk though I watched This is Spinal Tap last week; 25 year old Fran Drescher  :noah
