Voted.  Some tough match-ups there.

Seinfeld vs. Will and Grace... man. I mean, Seinfeld should in theory just run away with this entire contest, but that's a good match-up right there.

I feel like Seinfeld gets a bit of pass here because it is at least in part about making fun of white people, like Arrested Development.

Awesome, is there a way to check current results I missed?

Because this round is susceptible to voter fraud (it's just open voting), I felt that having the results be visible only to me during voting was a check against ballot stuffing since you have no idea what contests are even close.

e: In the rounds that count I'm going to actually have assigned voter numbers or something.

Will had a black boss at one point, Wanda Sykes showed up for an episode or two, why is it unfathomable that Seinfeld's whiter?

Veronica's Closet, Caroline in the City, and Suddenly Susan all out in the first round.  :'(

I really feel that watching three hours of NBC every Thursday, including whatever got slotted between Friends/Seinfeld/ER was the ultimate suburban 90's cactivity.

i could point to that questionable jackie lawyer character or the monks owner, but i will defer to your knowledge of will and grace :(

Yeah, I have been slacking on this. Sorry y'all. Packing my life up, studying the Internal Revenue Code, trying to rebuild my shattered psyche, looking to quench the thirst, etc.

I'll get round 2 up tonight, or at least try to. A new bracket might be too much doe.

I'm just now seeing this thread and I have only one question:

How was Family Matters not included in this poll?

Some of you may be saying, "But they were black!"

My response is, "Were they?  Were they really?"
WTF

VOTE IF YA HAVEN'T. VOTE IF YA ALREADY DID. VOTE AGAIN IF YA ALREADY VOTED AGAIN.

Question (number 17) title:
Is Marxism-Leninism the one true science?

There are no valid ballots because they all rank more than one choice as the most-preferred choice.

Voters can only mark one choice for this question, and there is no majority, so there is not enough information to identify the most popular choice (or the least popular choice).

grace under fire wasn't idealistic enough to truly be white entertainment. I mean roseanne is probably the caciest of them all but that was too much real shit. us cacs need aspirational entertainment devoid of the daily struggle to survive.

yeah, the struggle to find a date in lower manhattan when you have that big deal that needs to close by midnight to make your bonus. and oh man is it raining outside!

besides, we all know that poor white people did it to themselves. :lenowned

pouring one out for mr. belvedere and empty nest, but just about all my other non-seinfeld/boy meets world picks seem to have made it.

Seinfeld was so fucking white. Amost every minority that came on played a stereotype. Almost every one.

Seinfeld ended with all the white people being dragged into court for being terrible and then tossed in jail.
