You no longer can. KLK became a smashing success, rave review after rave review despite being another loli bait anime with unnecessary fanservice.

And anime fans were fine with it.

Me either. I really wanted to like it. The idea of a girl who kicks ass because her dad was murdered and does it with a giant pair of scissors is totally up my alley. The animation, especially, made me want to cry in ecstasy. And then there's the sexual stuff. I thought I get past it, I thought it'd get better, but it didn't, and I never got past episode 4.

I'm not gonna excuse KLK because even giving it a wide berth it still pushed things too far at times. I enjoyed it when it was really good, felt bad when it jumped the rails. That's why I recommend other anime instead.

If you want to see a modern series with great animation and background work, watch Blood Blockade Battlefront. It also happens to be a very excellently written and directed show, and features virtually none of the things you're complaining about.
