to be fair (no etoilet) many of the arguments against the picture focused on the idea that such a pose would never be used on a male character, which is obviously a false claim. Especially with a character like Spider-Man given his flexibility.

They didn't spend five hundred million on the first Destiny game, breh.

Not saying they did. But they're going to have a move a lot of product to make it back.  Further if you assume that the $500M is for the series then this one is crucial if they don't move at least 3-5 million copies they wont have enough base to grow on to make the rest of it back. Further they'll have to move them quick. Even the richest companies can't just front $500 Million without wanting some recoup and quickly.
