Wasn't it established there wasn't even shit to do with a bias or corruption in the Quinn debacle? I mean it started wrong, why keep going with it.
I mean, the fault is 100 percent with the journalist who allowed himself to form an inappropriate relationship with a game developer. He didn't review the one game she had made, but that's clearly a breach of some basic journalistic standards.
But.
1) It was Kotaku, which isn't exactly known for having any sort of journalistic standards any way
2) The amount of shit that spawned out of this is clearly tied to a woman cheating on her BF and neckbeards with relationship PTSD having flashbacks
3) The fact that this entire thing centers on Quinn, who as a developer had no such standards to uphold, and not the people who should have known how to act appropriately in a professional environment really kills the "This isn't about my hatred of women!!!!" argument dead.
