FFX-2 > FFX
Anyone that says different is
wrong just like FF12 haters.

The only thing I didn't like in FF10-2 is the mini-game-a-thon. Oh, and Rikku. 10's only claim to fame is Auron. Otherwise that "boringness" that 12-haters claim 12 has is in 10 in spades. Plus, HA HA HA...
As for 13: 13-2 is the only one worth playing. The other two are straight up

. If you can ignore 13-2's story and Serah at least it
kinda feels like a Final Fantasy.
The only person bringing up the word "complex" in regards to FF12 was Ronito. Neither I nor anybody else who liked the game here ever say that about the game in this thread. At least, not from what I've read.
I like the combat system due to full control of whichever character I choose, and found it to be the natural progression of FF's admittadly simple system. FFXIII was a regression in every way. It's too far up it's own ass in regards to shitty ass cinematics and story that Squeenix somehow convinced themselves that they are competent in handling.
The FFXII hate still baffles me, and makes me understand why FF games are as shit as they are now. Due to dumbass focus from the developers on other areas besides gameplay of which the fans herald as fantastic regardless due to dubious reasons. Now, FF stories were never great. Just fun in the sense of game progression and stupid japanese stuff that is entertaining. Now that the developers and the fans have convinced themselves that the series is somehow known for "excellent" storytelling and narrative, it's obvious that they focus on that. Which bred horrible results in my humble opinion.
YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
