People should read the Berserk manga; sure, the anime ending is crazy, but what happens afterwards is way better in my opinion. And yeah, there won't be an anime of this anytime soon I think, since it's unfinished, very long, very violent and therefore hard to market/support properly. Even though I don't like them the movies are the only chance for Berserk to get animated, and afaik they mentioned wanting to do a 4th one.

And yeah man, Hunter x Hunter.. Togashi is an asshole, lol. He writes this crazy ass setup that you want to see more of and then he vanishes. 

That guy has a lot of hair on his arm for a guy trying to model a watch. Its distracting. Maybe its not that much in real life but this is supposed to be an advertisement. Should have wore a long sleeve shirt of some variety like virtually every other advertisement for a watch has.

Also if you have that much hair on your arm then yeah trim it down. Sorry I don't let my arms look like Sasquatch personally.

There are so many hyper violent animes though, I don't see why it's impossible to adapt this given the popularity.

Adapting hyper violent stuff isn't as easy as it used to be unless they go the movie/ova route.  A TV series, which is what would be needed to cover all the awesomess that Berserk has to offer, won't happen because people want to do it justice.  And of course no one in the modern anime world would fund a long-running OVA series or more than a few movies, and even if they did, it would still be cut up because of all the sex stuff.

You want to experience Berserk the way it's meant to be experienced, you read the damn manga!

I don't think some of them get what World War 2 means to the Russians.  It wasn't a far off thing that they were sending their sons to go and fight for, it was literally being fought in their towns and people were dying by the thousands - if not from combat then from starvation and disease.  Something like 26 million Soviets died, combined military and civilian.  They're going to be protective of the sanctity of their memorials to an extremely high degree.
