NeoGaf is probably one of the worst places to get game impressions now. A game's qualities and downfalls are to be assumed immediately. Metacritic is the devil for some reason, even though you can read and feel out a game immediately when there's dozens of instant impressions.
That list is pretty fucking bad though, the list concept itself is dumb as well. Saying a fighting game franchise should die is distinguished mentally-challenged on every front.

I realize that that even nintendo itself has acknowledged that its too late for the wiiu and its time to move on essentially as fast as they can build whats next.With that said,I believe that SMM will have an insane attach rate and do amazingly well for the small console install base.I think that it will capture gamers imagination in the way that only nintendo can and go on to to be a legendary title in the nintendo catalog.I cant help but think that while a level creator is nothing new, it will be THE game that defines the use of the wiiU game pad and thus the system to its maximum potential.I think that SMM will be the single biggest game on the wiiu when all is said and doneWhat do you guys think? People made it out to be misunderstood, but honestly it's probably one of the weakest Mikami games (IMO) out there. Simply a rushed idea (3D brawler) with a unique mechanic (the roulette wheel) with poor controls (dodge being the right stick). Meh.IGN's review has some valid critics to it. I won't say the review isn't awful, it pretty much is. But there's elements of truth to it that the grassroots campaign tries to gloss over.

It is the best 3d beat em up of all time next to The Warriors and Musou. It simply was not your thing, and likely not your type of genre. Calling it a rushed idea because it's not a genre you like is lol
