Don’t argue with him, don’t call him names, don’t tell him that he can’t stop you, don’t say he's a racist pig, don’t threaten that you’ll sue him and take away his website. Don’t scream at him that your pageviews pay his salary, and don’t even think of aggressively posting towards him.
But, you can refuse consent to edit your post or thread if there’s no clear mention of the rule you've broken (though a reprimand is still allowed if there is cause for suspicion). Always ask demi whether you are under probation or are free to continue posting. Unless demi has a legal basis to stop and probate you, he must let you continue posting. Finally, demi is legally prohibited from using excessive banning: The moment a forum member submits and stops resisting, demi must cease use of bans.
