Smh, my right shoulder started acting up about 2 weeks after I started working out again. I don't know exactly what's wrong with it, but its happened before after working out consistently for months and sometimes pushing myself too hard. Can't really do any push ups or lifting until it goes away a bit.
I can't remember what I did to originally cause this, but it's been a constant thing for a few years now. Have random body pains at 27 when you've never played any sports, brehs.
