Also! My new chair got here. It's the first step of my "living room revitalization project." Decided to actually invest in my apartment for the first time in five years, and make it my own instead of relying on hand-me-downs from past roomies.

After paying >$1,200 a month for insurance for the last year, put in my taxes and get a big return due to the huge amount I paid out pre-taxes for insurance.

Unfortunately, I just tried it on my Japanese iPhone, and it still wants me to register a US cell phone for the connectivity. Oddly, Hangouts lets me dial out from it, Google Voice number to landline/cell through telephony, with no problems.

About twelve hours of peace. Followed by eight days of sweating and shaking. All it takes is the one time use. I did nearly die of dehydration in my sleep the first night though. Works best for opiates, but it'll work on most any chemical that GRIPS you.

The ibogaine for just one dose is $150. All it takes. The first time around, I wasn't on coke, I didn't much like it at the time.

It's pretty nice to be able to buy a house in one year from quitting. I never ended up in the poor house or stole cause that still only was about half my pay. And living expenses are cheap here, I was more worried about having a heart attack than going broke.

My plan to stay off that hard shit is pretty simple, don't buy the shit and slap anybody hard in the face who tries to give it to me.

I bought a Surface Pro refurbished by a third party a week ago. Only a 30 day warranty but $600 off. I decided to just register it with MS and when I did it said I still had a full year warranty like I bought it new. Well alright!

Only problem is it's $8000 less, and the healthcare benefits / vacation days are a lot worse than my current job (that I will be losing at the end of March).

An offer is an offer, both sides have to come to an agreement before it's a deal. Tell them exactly what you said here, and ask them why they think you should take a reduction in pay and benefits.

Did they ask for your salary expectations?  If not then just say that you would love to join them if they match your current salary/benefits.

If they didn't ask you then do what Chrono says.

Not my triumph but I'm proud as fuck of my wife.  She took her NCLEX test on Tuesday, got her official results this morning and is a registered nurse.  About 10 minutes ago she got a call from a hospital and accepted a job offer and she starts on the 27th.
