Renewing my broker's license (expires in a couple months, gotta renew every 4 years) and you have to take online tests. Beat the first one (of eight total) with 100% and getting like 80-90% on all the practice quizzes. Kinda surprised how much of this I remember from law school as well as the stuff I know from every day working in real estate. It's kinda fun and feels good being like I know all this stuff!

It's also way less stress than a real exam because you can retake it like every 24 hours.

While the bore was gone I did the dumbest thing. Drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil when doing an oil change. Super dumb. Didn’t realize it until I tried to drive it later that night. But it’s a triumph now, because I’ve already fixed the situation but used it as an excuse to call in sick

Been having trouble dealing with the other insurance company handling the car accident I was in a few weeks ago. Dude wasn't returning calls, being evasive and weird on the phone, and not wanting to take my statement. So I called my insurance on Friday and just was told "we'll handle it".

Suddenly today I get a call: "Good news for you, the other driver has accepted all fault and we'll be taking care of this issue. Go ahead and go to this body shop and give them your claim number. They'll handle the rest. Also you're going to get a call from Enterprise for a rental car so just give them the dates the body shop will be keeping your car and they'll get you a rental for the duration".

So now I'm at a body shop getting my car looked over and feeling great.
