But, none of this "which is better" shit matters in the slightest. All of these devices are facing two problems which cannot be overcome, and doom them from the start:
1. You have to wear them on your face. People don't like wearing shit on their heads/faces, and even the lightest of these things look like they'd start to wear on you after, say, two or three minutes.
2. You can't really share the experience with friends/family. All they can do is sit there watching you twitch and stagger around like a gimp with a plastic block strapped to your face.
So no matter how good even the best VR headset is, it's still a solitary, uncomfortable experience. How enticing. This latest revolution in gaming will be keeping company with Wiimotes and Kinects and PS Moves in various closets and/or Saturday morning yard sales in under a year.
