F2P shame story.
In Dust 401(k) there's a ranking called your loyalty ranking. It's mostly hidden and doesn't really factor into your day to day playing but grants some bonuses to it with level ups.
Awhile back they introduced direct player to player trading. To not disrupt the game on a massive scale, it's been controlled. Only the most elite items and some real money items have been tradable at first, for example. The biggest control on the trading however was requiring that players be loyalty rank 4 to trade.
Players haaaaaaaaated this because it's apparently hard to grind to loyalty rank 4 without buying the game's real money currency. There was so much backlash that they actually lowered the requirement to loyalty rank 2.
Me? My character is less than 2 months old and I'm already close to loyalty rank 7.
