i think they still want to sell consoles. that stuff in the middle is all GAF fodder, games that will either likely turn out shit, aren't really PS4 games or never turn out at all.

they want to end with something people might be able to buy within the next few years.

To be fair I'm sure Sony is giving Suzuki money. The KS is just to make sure demand is there and to massively reduce their risk.

I'm sure there won't be stretch goals for other systems, for instance.
