You're missing my point. It's a problem for Disney because someone did remember them and now Gunn is linked with them and it would have been brought up over and over again. I'm sure someone at Disney knew about them and didn't care because no one else was paying attention, but now that it's very public and thrown in their face they have to respond.

i don't think i've truly run an anti-virus on my desktop since Windows 98...if you don't count Windows Defender...i have clamwin installed for the occasional times i want to scan some sketchy looking thing i copyright infringed from a website half in russian

to bring this back to McAfee, he's been telling people to uninstall McAfee, as it's garbage, since the late 90s (he sold it in 1994)...Intel didn't finally rename it until 2014 after that whole murder, fugitive, faking heart attacks, etc. episode...he'd been asking them for years to rename it

I used to get some nasty bugs from kazaa and the likes, such as trojans that fucked with system registry. A free little tool called hijackthis was great for dealing with those.
