As I said a few pages ago, I wouldn't be confident as an owner to rely on the laziest, most invasive and uncurated flow of ads that has become common around the net. I'm not certain it will collapse (so many announcers who want to buy space...) but I wouldn't be surprised consumers would suddenly get more aware of it.

I actually work with a former defensive coach for a Big 10 basketball team. And outside him I only know 4 other adults off the top my head who I know that watch an hour or more of live game coverage a week. I guess in college I knew many many more (since it was a Big 10 school). But once I graduated, and left the college town to begin working professionally, I really stopped hearing anyone care anymore. Maybe they just stop talking about it.
