I think bluemax, as a game dev, is actually kind of impacted by how gamers/article writers/whatever the fuck else talk about games so I can see where his distaste for various descriptors and pigeon-holing stems from. For the most part though I just play a game, is it fun? Yes, keep playing. No, go outside or find something else to play.
Every Ninthing Indie Dev uses "Dark Souls" as a way of saying "I made a game that is brutally, unfairly hard because like From Software I have no idea how to properly balance a game. Plus it gives me street cred."

I do gotta agree with Bluemax on people using "Dark Souls" for "Nintendo-Hard" now a days. The numerous "WOW THIS IS HARD LIKE DARK SOULS" comments is just grating.
I don't understand why Stet could have just gone unbanned and the people who didn't want that thread of discussion about the game could have ignored him? I have fun with CAD but I also understand where Stet is coming from lol.
