It's a shit situation and he's obviously getting bad legal advice.  If the judge is telling him he has to work every waking hour even if it means he never gets to see his kids and his lawyer is like "sucks for you bro" than he should definitely get a new lawyer.  However I feel like there's something he isn't telling us about the situation, either because he thinks it's immaterial or it makes him look bad.  Long story short, go to a games forum for advice on divorce proceedings
