To be fair, I just got done watching a video about how the internet/surveillance like PRISM's from the CIA means the constitutions amendments are outdated in some way with modern society. I don't necessarily agree that the second amendment needs to be "LOL BAN ASSAULT RIFLES LOL" but maybe that "have guns in case of a rebel militia" should be looked at. But given the current state of government, that'd probably be a bad thing in the case of the second amendment.
