Costco is selling Surface 3 bundles for $599.  That's kind of tempting.  Still not sure if it's worth paying another $300 for over the Asus Chi T100 I got though.

Best Buy is doing $400 Surface 3's (not i3 on though. The one mobile chip) so you'd save $100 or so if you waited until next Friday. It doesn't come with the keyboard in a bundle, but the total cost would still be like $100 less or so than the Costco bundle.

I kinda want to jump on that deal and plan to, but the fact it isn't even an i3 is a bit

Best Buy is selling the 64GB version with 2GB of RAM.  Costco's is 128GB with 4GB of RAM.

For me, the more I think about it, the more I think I'm just gonna stick with the Chi...it's hard to beat for its price and I'm fine with a lower end model anyway.  I don't want to spend a lot on a tablet.  I'm pretty sure that the Chi and the Surface 3 have the same processor/GPU too.

I saw a pro in AT&T. That thing is massive. 

It's funny, using this exclusively since launch, minis and airs feel tiny and cramped. 

Now that I've a pencil, I am in post laptop nirvana. Kinda funny, I'm basically going from desktop+phone+MP3 player+console (late 90s) to laptop+console+phone (mid 00s-early 10s) to desktop+phone+tablet. The desktop is TBD, but that will be for games.
