I have a pretty young looking face, but plenty of gray hair now-- got that Reed Richards/Doctor Strange thing starting to happen, although I buzz my hair so it's less noticeable.  I think it's funny when I get carded.  I don't drink but my wife will buy wine when we go grocery shopping and I can't figure out why sometimes I get carded and sometimes I don't.  I find it flattering too.
