Apparently a lot of mid 20's girls do though. My girlfriend and her friends keep asking me why don't I own any of the Spyro games*

*because I don't like 3D platformers that much :P

I found it hard to care much about Spyro given that our lord and savior MediEvil released the next month.

Spyro's camera made me want to vomit. In that era, it was only Spyro and Descent which made me nauseous.

Spyro's pace is decidedly slower than most everything, especially if you're trying to 100% it. A lot of the access to the gems/eggs is hidden behind puzzles. Sometimes kinda complex ones. Other times ones where you just have to look around.

I had to stop watching this and just listen because the guy playing misses an entire half of the one stage*, which anyone would really because you have to see the gems glisten across the river and glide from the peak of the level and then from there see gems glisten on another part behind the start. And the pace of the gameplay isn't all that fast in the first place. (I assume for PS1 reasons.)

Anyway second one is up, also with Ted Price, for Ratchet and Clank and was definitely not filmed seconds after the Spyro one:

Putting Tim as the interviewer in these was a great move.

Hopefully he remembers how his games controls work and when it came out unlike Ted Price. :lol

The Crash Bandicoot one has some nice moments, but this one stood out to me:

Ancel is fantastic, the Rayman one is great in particular.
