"Special treatment"

I don't get where you're coming from.
I don't mean special treatment as in rights, it's the kind of "walk on eggshells, that person is probably going through a lot of stuff" vibe that surrounds them. To be quite fair, given the amount of trans population over here, I haven't had the chance to interact with them about those matters at all. But it feels like people feel the need to avoid hurting that person by pointing anything that has to do with that process. I might not be wording it in the best way, but I don't mean any trouble.
My initial and main point is that they're exactly the same as any other person. The moment they decide to undergo physical modifications, they're open for rejection sadly. But that's how it is, is it not? I mean, it would be hard to make the customer care guy someone who creates such an impression on the customers. That's why, I assume from testimonials of transgenders, they have trouble finding those kind of jobs. And the point is that i've seen transgenders (online), post how that's some sort of transphobic agenda, but I think that's far from the truth, or a misplacement of the blame. However, this creates a vicious cycle where they aren't present in face-to-face jobs, which also makes the interactions with trans people more rare and possibly awkward as a consequence.
