We were banned before someone who:

- printed naked pics of a girl (posted by EL), jacked off, jizzed on them, took a pic of said jizz-covered pics, posted them
- beat his ill mom
- did a fundraiser for said mom, turned out to use the cash for drugs
- got arrested multiple times, including for CP

Let that sink in.


But it's a'ight, no one, especially NOT on the admin/mod team, knew anything about it, or even the guy's name.

Looks like it's been confirmed to be him, however. Again, no one on the moderation team even knew his real name, so it was not something that could be confirmed immediately. His account has been permanently banned in response, but it looks like that'll be the least of his concerns.

I said that this makes no sense because many pacifists help the poor. They then argued that groups who try to help the poor by giving them food are only - and I quote - "using a band-aid" and that for us to have true peace we need violence. I disagreed of course because that mindset makes no sense and most people try to do what they can. I was accused of virtue signaling.

Basically, virtue signaling is a way for them to try to be on higher ground by claiming that you are arguing from a virtuous position of having more moral merit. It can be used for anything you disagree with because anything we argue correlates to our own specific set of ethics and values - hence virtue.

It's just another way for SJWs to shut down an argument that makes them uncomfortable or that they don't like having. It's a way to "win".

The funny thing is that these same people are shocked that the police protected neo nazis from them when they openly support things like Punch A Nazi and talking about exorting wilful violence against groups they disagree with. More often than not, entire regions/sub-continents or time periods are blended together (especially for technology and warfare) and it's far from a Middle Eastern thing. You can describe every single popular "fantasy" (Europe) game that way to some extent.

That's on purpose and it's a good thing when appropriate. The superficial level of iconography, drawing from pop culture and common understandings (and misunderstands/myths/etc), immediately tells us what we need to know about a game's location and themes without getting bogged down in useless details or increasingly esoteric historical realism. Something like the Gerudo are perfectly suited for the kind of game/setting Zelda is, which deals with simple concepts in a blunt mythological sense. You see the symbols and your brain immediately gets it, even if you are a kid who's only watched Disney movies.

2) "I rarely see camels and I live in the Middle East"

We have a saying in the policing world.   "We only catch the dumb ones."   

So yeah, in one way, with Ami's "I'm smarter than all of you, a righteous warrior, and I hate the fucking dumbass pigs", it is a bit surprising that he immediately gives it up and confesses, rather than keeping his big mouth shut.

But then.....no, it's not suprising.  Of course his Smart, Righteous, Badass persona was a complete put-on that only existed when he was sitting beside his computer.  Things are a little different in the "real world" when a team of detectives show up knocking at your door with a search warrant for child porn.  You immediately realise that your whole world is about to end, you start to panic, you get light-headed, just staring off into space.   Of course he talked.


Now, I don't know if I see any reason for the investigators to go poking around GAF itself for evidence against Ami, but I would laugh my ass off if the investigators sent EviLore a preservation request for all data relating to Amir0x on the site.
