As a guy who has to remove dozens if not hundreds of babies a month this is laughable.  When you are infested with babies till you are up to the neck an alligator is just a show of force.  What you need are snow shovels, strong men (yes men, women can't do it) and "coroner bags."  The kind they use in war zones to deposit limbs in.

One response was "it's his constitutional right and it doesn't sound racist to me" and the other was something like "I'm a black guy and I just can't care anymore.
