Honestly how the fuck is Kissinger still alive? The hate and evil that flows through him should have rotted him out decades ago.

Eating Vietnamese Children daily keeps him "young."

The Mao secret. :fbm

Of course. It would have been fine for the Burden campaign to point out the lies. Asking "not to book him" is a really weird demand or suggestion from a campaign to media outlets though.

2016 was fucked up. A piss tape circulated (which is now actually available online for about 6 months) and the infamous Steele Dossier was written.
It is not really out of the question the Clintons played dirty as well and Ukraine playing a big factor in this would not be strange considering Manafort's connection with the 2016 campaign.

Ukraine is crooked as hell and essentially run by a few wealthy oligarchs like the previous two Presidents but also one of which is Zelensky's benefactor.
It's not really that far-fetched that Biden's son got a cushy job as a good will gesture. What is far-fetched is that it was part of some sort of larger scheme to get a poorly performing prosecutor fired.

Remember the Ukraine thing was partly kicked off by some American diplomat yelling: "FUCK THE EU" over the phone and investing billions into the 'democratization of Ukraine' prior.
Manafort pushed Yanukovich heavily towards a deal with the west to the point that the Ukrainians thought he was working for the CIA.
No matter how you slice it and whatever valid reasons there were for doing so, the US/EU staged or aided a coup in Ukraine.

Does Nintex really believe that one piss tape on the web is real?

There is no way. It’s not even an elaborate fake. It’s just clearly fake.

Edit: Warren really leaned into this Cherokee thing it seems. Seems like a liability. We’re going to get Booker aren’t we. No skeletons, just awful policies and a secret  gay.

The media did a terrible job portraying exactly how much of a clown Trump was in 2016.

Taken in totality, this guy should have been a laughing stock yet they portrayed him seriously.

The Mac Pro was already made in Texas.

And they threatened to move it to China because of tariffs raising their costs. Then Trump gave them an exemption so they just continued to keep it in Texas.

Just another example of Trump taking credit for fixing a problem he created.

[Citation needed] because that'd be news to me.

the iPhone is (was?) made by Foxxcon in China. So I would be really surprised if they moved their motherboard/computer stuff back state-side, even if it was just for the assembly since they're still using China/Japan/Korea for parts/electronics, right?

It is only the Mac Pro that is made here. No iMacs or MacBooks of any kind.

When you’re selling $1500 of components for $5kit gives you some wiggle room for assembly costs I guess.

A week after House Democrats jump-started their impeachment inquiry, the White House has yet to converge on any single plan, strategy or even unified messaging to fight back.

All the talk about setting up a so-called war room inside the West Wing, similar to the approach of the Clinton White House, has gone nowhere. Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, other top aides, lawyers and Trump advisers have been jockeying among their own internal factions for control of the approach or messaging.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/30/opinion/whistleblower-election.html
Quote from: Bill Kristol
Republicans Don’t Have to Nominate Trump in 2020
The party can do better.

...

The Republican Party faces a binary choice. It either will or will not renominate Donald Trump in 2020. (And if President Trump is removed as a consequence of impeachment and conviction, or if he resigns, the G.O.P. either will or will not nominate as its standard-bearer a newly sworn-in Mike Pence, who will have been at Mr. Trump’s side for his entire administration and has been a fervent defender of the president.)

The 2020 Republican nomination is an open question. It is a decision of great consequence on which all Republicans have a say, and all have a responsibility. Republican leaders in particular — Republican elected officials and former elected officials, Republican activists and donors, appointees of this administration and of former Republican administrations — bear a weighty responsibility. They can support Donald Trump, and put a stamp of approval on his tenure in office. They can keep quiet, a stamp of approval of its own sort. Or they can step up and act for the honor of their party and the good of their country.

There are currently three announced Republican challengers to Donald Trump. Republican leaders could in various ways support one or all three of them. There are also other Republicans who might well be stronger candidates for the nomination and who may well be more qualified to serve as president. Those individuals could be encouraged by colleagues, activists and donors, privately or publicly, to run — and they could be offered support if they do.

And may I say directly to those Republicans who could run: You have a unique chance to act for your party and your country. You can play a role in overcoming the shame and stain of the past three years, and in the reformation of a once great party. Win or lose, you will go down in the history books as a man or woman of honor.

The Republican Party has surely discovered over the past few years the wisdom of Virgil: “The gates of hell are open night and day; Smooth the descent, and easy is the way.”

But Republican leaders of conscience and courage now have an unusual moment “to return, and view the cheerful skies,” as Virgil put it. “In this the task and mighty labor lies.”
Trump re-elected and not impeached confirmed.
