Boston primary vote map.

You can literally see where racial groups live

(Image removed from quote.)

Is it:

Biden - mostly black population
Warren - affluent mostly white population
Sanders - middle class at best of various racial make up population

?

The majority of Americans don't want M4A. Even in some dream world where we got these bills passed and everyone of the Dems agreed on everything, of course I'd veto it. Do you know how many lawsuits and this and that would be filed to stop it? Come on, man. My Obamacare+ (Bidencare) plan meets the needs of almost every American. I'm not going to risk having the democratic party put all their eggs in a M4A plan that:

1) Nobody besides Liz can pitch a plan for that doesn't involve raising taxes on the working class. Saying they'll save money by not having a deductible makes no sense given that working American's carry billions in medical debt. You think mandatory taxes fixes things? You sound as crazy as Corn Pop when he challenged me to a knife fight on the train tracks near me home in Scranton, PA.

C) Will be tied up in legal red tape for years and years; The perfect situation for Republicans to take over again and set us back even further.

- Is being championed by kids that don't know why their parents can't buy them the new Apple Blackberry every year and 30-somethings with art and English degrees.

Bidencare for those that want it makes the most sense today and for the next several decades. You want to move away from for-profit healthcare? Okay, lets start by limiting drug prices and slowly move away from healthcare companies with policy that makes sense. You know what doesn't make sense? Trying to put tens of thousands of people working in the healthcare industry out of work with the snap of socialist fingers. This isn't Wizard of Oz, even if both the Wizard and Bernie have equally large heads.

But Joe, there's literally a lawsuit right now that would end Obamacare sitting on the Supreme court docket.

Exactly! So why would I do something that would put thousands out of work AND lead to more lawsuits?

I know Bernie loves to bake up fantasies to serve folx, but I'm not looking to start up literal breadlines.

Maybe they shouldn't have gotten art and English degrees so they could transfer to a competitive field, Joe?

English degrees are for do-nothing burnouts and people that want to move to Japan to get their own hot Asian wife. Corn pop got an English degree. Know where he is now? Dead. Never held office. Never got arrested seeing a Nelson Mandela. Never on Parks and Recreation.

If you can get a senate and house to get a medicare for all bill on your desk, you shouldn't be asking if it's budget neutral.

You should be asking why the fuck isn't the Green Bill also on your desk.

The only reason you need a bill for "paid for" immediately is because you gotta reimburse people for their campaign contributions.

could probably just pass on the clip without selling it as biden "vows to veto m4a." he's actively avoiding vowing to do shit

in practical terms, any m4a bill that can get 50 votes (or to rephrase gets joe manchin's vote) in the next senate would be one that biden signs. would also be "m4a" in name only.

Interest rates are about to hit zero and the favorite to win the Democratic primary is concerned about the size of the deficit

edit: And worst of all, the media class accepts this as common sense. This is why we're fucked.

Actually yes, from looking at their CVs, these two never worked at the same school in the same department at the same time. Cornell left the Penn DEPARTMENT OF LAW the year that Warren started there and as it began turning into an actual LAW SCHOOL. I'm going to assume that transition had far more to do with the changes than anything Warren, a lowly single professor in her first true full professorship, did "henchwoman" or not.

Cornell was there 1983-1987, Warren moved from the U of Texas School of Law in 1987 and was at Penn 1987-1995 when she went to Harvard.

Derrick Bell began his protest in 1986 and resigned in 1991.

Do you need to know more?

To defend a fellow senator and good friend, the video clearly states that the Elizabeth Warren being spoken about is one from nearly thirty-forty years ago.

She has never hidden away from the fact that she was a republican, and everything she has done as a senator has been in the name of progressiveness and for the betterment of the people of this country.

The fact that this is being used against her is, frankly, hogwash.

She was between 38 and 41 at the time (1987-1990). Her behavior was not the youthful sin of a teenager. It absolutely speaks to her character. It's nice that she eventually came around for whatever reason (maybe she thought it would advance her career). But that doesn't mean she's a trustworthy person.
