The claim: The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

The headline of an article published by satire website The Babylon Bee is a nod to the contentious history between the Trump administration and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. The Babylon Bee is "the world's best satire site," according to its website.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died of metastatic pancreatic cancer Sept. 18, is actually "alive," the article suggests, because the 9th Circuit overturned her death.

"In a close decision, the judges on the court have ruled RBG's death unconstitutional and will block Trump from nominating a replacement," the article says.

Ninth Circuit Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw was credited with issuing the ruling on the basis that Ginsburg's death was an "affront to the (Constitution)" and the "God-given right to abort as many babies as possible and sell their body parts for research."

Therefore, Ginsburg will still be considered "alive" by the law, the article says. As to how the court will accomplish this feat, Wardlaw admitted, according to the article, "We're still figuring that part out."

Any attempt to fill the vacancy left by Ginsburg will be blocked by the 9th Circuit until she can be cloned or resurrected, according to the article.

Predictably, President Donald Trump and fellow Republicans condemned the "ruling," saying, "This is a terrible ruling because we're racist and we hate women."

I looked for a good manager and administrator to lead a government, and I felt and I now think that President Trump is the right person for the job.

Beyond that, Trump delivered on the 2016 campaign promises that were important to me then: He lowered taxes; he appointed judges to the federal bench who hew strictly to the Constitution; he has, at every turn, pushed for merit-based immigration; and he has rescinded a whole host of unnecessary regulations. His agenda was, and continues to be, pro-business, pro-family and pro-life.

So I was glad Joe Biden "beat the socialist" Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., who has praised a number of socialists and communist regimes, in the primaries; however, that win does not appear to have stopped the increasing influence of Sanders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and the other self-identified democratic socialists within the Democratic Party.

I can understand this guy's massive fear given his life experience. I'm a citizen of a post-Eastern Bloc country, but Donald J Trump ain't it chief.

Multiple voters in Brooklyn told Gothamist / WNYC that they have received a mislabeled “official absentee ballot envelope.” Normally, the voter inserts their completed ballot into the envelope and signs the outside. But in these cases, their ballot envelopes bear the wrong name and address. If a person signs their own name to this faulty ballot envelope, the ballot would be voided.

So far, voters in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Carroll Gardens, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Bushwick, Flatbush, Brooklyn Heights, Sunset Park, Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and Fort Greene have already reported the issue. More than 140,000 absentee ballots have gone out across the borough.

On Tuesday, the New York City Board of Elections announced a plan to print and mail new absentee ballots to nearly 100,000 voters who received erroneous envelopes in their absentee ballot packages. The decision comes after an unknown number of Brooklyn voters received absentee ballots with the wrong name and address printed on the return envelope.

Phoenix was awarded a $4.6 million contract to produce and distribute the absentee ballots for the BOE in May, The CITY reports, noting that “the contract was a negotiated acquisition, which means that there was no competitive bidding.”

H has said white supremacists are bad but never goes into specifics. Even today he refused to say that systematic racism exists or that the country even has a problem. He never says those things because his base also doesn’t  see themselves as racist. People rarely will say they are something that is bad.
