That video was made by one of the beautiful memers but they hired a bunch of them for the campaign.
They also had one with The Dark Knight soundtrack but that got the campaign into legal trouble.

If you search 'Trump song' on YouTube you kinda understand why they don't use the songs their fans create.
There's one catchy Latino song called 'Votar Trump' and a bunch of fun remixes but most is trash.

When he won the election he used the Captain America theme I think and in 2016 he always used "You can't always get what you want" at the end.
YMCA was not the official campaign song before despite the fans trying really hard to push their 'M - A - G - A' rendition of it.
It wasn't until he went viral dancing to it that it became the new song to end the rallies.
