Needy perhaps isn't the accurate term. I do think you can scare off someone by getting grandiloquent and bombastic right off the bat, even if there's some attraction (and being the laid back type, I do think she'd be prone to get a bad vibe from it). We've only been chatting for under two weeks and met last Friday. Missing her is a very strong sentiment after so little in person interaction, one I'd rather mention face to face than on text, frankly : I don't need to get my balls even bluer in the meantime, no good can come from it. Things will happen (or not happen) when we'll be in person and there's no way to rush that. And if my first impression of her is correct, I'm confident she'll be there then if she feels the same.
