It has to be ICE cold (the gin doesn't actually but i like the tonic at least to be really cold). Add some tonic if you can't handle it straight up which it looks like you couldn't. So refreshing, smooth, and it will knock you off your ass.

God.... I said I was cutting down on drinking liquor this month but now i need one. It's not cheap either. It's more expensive than most vodkas and other gins.

- Sazerac. Mmm.
- Old fashioned.
- Got some Mexicanos to come up with a Mexican old fashioned, mezcal, orange, and some kind of butter syrup to round out the taste
- Greyhound. First love.
- Brandy, straight.
- Tequila, plato. Would always have a couple swigs of this before going grocery shopping to make it more "interesting".

I drink brandy neat occasionally but I usually prefer calvados or Armagnac (at least vsop, it def needs to age) for that purpose.

I actually haven't had brandy. Or an Old Fashioned. I've been meaning to, but never gotten around to it.

The best drink I've had (which yes, is a flavored vodka-tier for Mac's judgement) is like half and half vanilla and orange vodka with a small splash of orange juice (IIRC) when I was in NY this summer. It was so smooth and the two flavors combined impeccably.

Way better than a Cuba Libre. I like mixing those flavored Vokda's with some other liquor to try to "mellow" the other liquor out a bit.

I would take my worst days on GAF over my best days on any other site. I think a forum like this is extremely valuable in the world we currently live in.

I'm determined to stay here and watch the forum grow. Missing out on that would be very upsetting. Everyone needs a hangout. With my schedule, and my life, this place is mine.
