Nu-front 2.

Doesn't look too bad on PC. $10, no lootboxes and 64 player online.

I like that they have the same jacket.

That's because the Constanza one is a photoshop. (If you're being serious)
Was playing the EA Access trail and the game looks fantastic but the MP in this game has never grabbed me. Something about the laser gun focus means feedback doesn't feel as good as something like Battlefield.
I'll wait for this to hit the Vault and play the SP next year
What's funny is that laser gun feeling is in Battlefield 1 as well. Even the "Battle Classes" or whatever they call the Elite units was taken from NuFront 1. Made the game play awful IMO because they're trying to merge the two to help development in the studio be one thing or whatever.
BF1's biggest flaw for me was that is was too arcade like. BF4 and BF3 hit the sweet spot between realistic shooter and video game feeling. BF1 was too lame in that regard and the weapon balance was completely gone at least at launch.
BF4 is a mixed bag for me. It fixes some problems that BF3 had (
The goddamn suppression system. Holy shit. When that got buffed, have someone in your squad with that, have someone in your squad with speed, have someone with squad grenade [+1 more to throw], have someone with suppression down maybe [come on, don't be an idiot have it on]. DON'T AIM TO WIN!) but felt... weaker than BF3. I honestly preffered some BF3 systems and base maps over 4's.
4 had like 2-3 maps that I wanted to play on, the DLC was a bit eh... some good, some bad. BF3's had some solid maps with some issues (too far flags, chokepoints) but they were interesting enough to want to play on. Close Quarters aside.
Really, DICE has been on a downhill slope with new outings post Bad Company 2: Vietnam for me. Even they admitted they have no idea why people enjoyed it so much and can't do a BC3 because of it (hint: Because it's
fucking fun, man.gif) and it shows in the way they can't just... copy BC2's destruction, nerf it a little bit, fix the helicopters rotors (which they did in BF3/4 but still had problems) maybe fix the lock-ons to where they weren't completely dominating in BF3/4 and they'd be good.
NuFront just... I don't know. It tries to go for the casual market and then completely fucks up: There's no recoil on the guns (like duh, they're lasers. So...), but then the Star Card system was dumb in 1, then completely gash in the face-P2W system in 2. Then they made vehicles less a random map pick-up (good) but made the points so high to make them kinda pointless (bad).
There's a good
core for NuFront here that if DICE actually had someone there to guide them, they'd be able to knock it out of the park (without EA's meddling) but they don't. And Battlefield is kinda suffering for it and EA wanting them to be a Star Wars studio instead of a Battlefield and Rallysport Challenge company.
