Huh. Uh, well, I guess, why not.
Don't like the 2.5D tho. No sir. Gimme bootiful pixels or deaf.
Might be tempted to rebuy the initial X game, haven't played the non-PAL-slowdown'd version to completion yet.
Wouldn't mind some zany spinoff though. Like Megaman Soccer. A CCG. Or action-y RPG-y loot game where you descend into a scrap heap to fight new and old bosses. Or a new take on the battle network angle.
Confession time, I'm actually some kind of MM pariah. I never got the skill requirements for the MM games. For me, it's the best when I just shoot the shit with mildly challenging jump and run segments followed by an exciting, but ultimately only mildly challenging boss battle. Never got into the whole "out of sequence" thing or speed running or no boss weakness runs. What's the point of spending three minutes perfectly evading a boss while chipping away a pixel of its life bar at a time. I mean, I still enjoyed MM9, but I would never really want to replay it, nor would I ever bother to perfect it. I completely lost interest in ZX for a few weeks when the first thing you do is fight a Snake miniboss that you need to hit like three billion times. Not my kind of idea of fun.
