Why is it so hard for so many apathetic people like you to understand that to the WORLD, not you, the WORLD, these things do matter?

Last page Jack Remington just said people need to quit deducing what's male or female, because none of that matters, and you agreed with him and loved his post.
He was talking about people ARGUING about it. People who refuse to just let people be themselves. The crucial piece of the argument you seem to be missing is that trans individuals know what they are. WE know what they are and the problem is not US saying “this is who I am”. It is the people saying “NO YOURE NOT.” Those are the people he was talking about.
The problem is both. It takes two to tango. They shouldn't deny you validation, and you shouldn't insist upon it. Whoever starts it is getting pushback, because it's silly either way.

Okay, you wanna know what starts it? It’s called Gender Dysphoria.
Gender dysphoria involves a conflict between a person's physical or assigned gender and the gender with which he/she/they identify. People with gender dysphoria may be very uncomfortable with the gender they were assigned, sometimes described as being uncomfortable with their body (particularly developments during puberty) or being uncomfortable with the expected roles of their assigned gender.
People with gender dysphoria may often experience significant distress and/or problems functioning associated with this conflict between the way they feel and think of themselves (referred to as experienced or expressed gender) and their physical or assigned gender.
Gender dysphoria is associated with high levels of stigmatization, discrimination and victimization, contributing to negative self-image and increased rates of other mental disorders. Transgender individuals are at higher risk of victimization and hate crimes than the general public. Adolescents and adults with gender dysphoria are at increased risk for suicide.
In adolescents and adults, preoccupation with cross-gender issues can interfere with daily activities and cause problems in relationships or in functioning at school or work. Children with gender dysphoria may experience teasing and harassment at school or pressure to dress more like their assigned gender. Children with gender dysphoria are at higher risk of emotional and behavioral problems, including anxiety and depression.
Transgender individuals may also face challenges in accessing appropriate health care and insurance coverage of related services.
So what are some ways that a person might be able to combat this? Perhaps they could change their name and attire to match the normal learned appearance of their preferred gender. They can get voice lessons to change their voice, spend time in therapy so they can possibly be prescribed hormone replacement therapy to change their body to be more feminine or masculine. They might hire voice coaches to help them take on the voice of their preferred gender. Also that they may feel comfortable. They may want to be able to pass, so that people will be able to accept and acknowledge externally how they feel internal.
But oh wait. A lot of people really hate that. Turns out a lot of people really don’t like it when you try to act outside of your assigned gender norms. Yeah. A lot of people are actually really mean about it. Turns out a lot of trans people get KILLED for expressing themselves. Huh. Isn’t that weird?
