I like Bayonetta aggressive sexuality. She weaponize it, which fits her fight against angels.

I didn't play Bayonetta 2 (i have it, but not the time), so i don't know, if they fix it there, but they should just make the camera either more neutral or shy. In Bayonetta 1 the camera in the cut-scenes would fetishise her on its own sometimes without her noticing it. Those shoots were creepy and undermined her dominating personality. It should always be her decision, how she wants to be seen before the camera (similar how Dante always wants to be seen cool). Like a model working with a cameraman to make sexy pictures. Then you can get away with a lot of shoots, since she is in control of her body and image.

You can even have play with this aspect and have the camera by shy and turning away, if thinks "heat up" to much. Bayonetta could then break the fourth wall and play with shyness of the camera. Maybe even have a little story, where Bayonetta help the camera to overcome its shyness. But also puts in its place, when it tries to go to far. Then at the end of the game the camera knows exactly, how Bayonetta wants to look in each shoot and she is happy about it. Or have another sexy opponent, which tries to take away the attention of the camera away from Bayonetta and they fight over the focus of the shoots.

There is a lot of things, you can do to have Bayonetta look extremely sexy without undermining her power.

Here is one time I remember where a class action had a positive effect. EA claimed everyone who bought the Limited Edition of Battlefield 3 for PS3 would get Battlefield 1943 for free, which they went back on. My wife bought a Happy Meal for our daughter for lunch earlier today. My daughter didn't finish her fries, so my wife took them home and put them in the fridge. This was around 2:00 p.m.

I arrived home from work, and we had run some errands. We arrived back home around 7:00 p.m. and I started making dinner. I opened the fridge and saw the Happy Meal. My wife told me to not eat the fries, because they were stale and cold and she also didn't want me to eat more carbs for today. So she threw them away.

We finished eating dinner (just 30 minutes ago) and I told her that I was going to take out the garbage. I didn't even remember the fries at that point, but I saw the Happy Meal box there, below some garbage. I turned around to see if my wife was watching me, but no. She was playing with our daughter.

So I got the Happy Meal box out from the garbage quickly and quietly, opened it, and shoved a handful of fries right into my mouth.

Then I took out the garbage.
