Ronaldo to Juventus confirmed. 105 mil. plus 30 mil/yr after taxes.  :o
After taxes :lol

And Buffon to PSG, which leaves me :confused love the player but apart from glamour I fail to see what it brings (maybe locker room leadership... For like 2 seasons ?). I've long stopped caring out of lack of interest for a club using an oil cheat code and not that wisely at that (I liked the recruiting in the first year, not so much once they shipped Leonardo out) but I could still understand cracking mad money for Di Maria, Cavani, Ibrahimovic and of course Neymar. The club wasn't really hurting at the GK position and in fact will have to ship a promising young backup to accommodate the move.

Oh well...

Ronaldo is a monster, I'm sure the Juve will profit sportswise (and in merch).

If france is smart they'll let Belgium blow their load early like they did against Brazil and then wait till the last part of the second half to attack. If Brazil got the calls they deserved and tied it there was no way Belgium would have come back because belgium were completely exhausted.

I don't understand why Giroud keeps getting drafted.

He's fucking useless. Pretty face, but can't do shite unless he's basically given a goal on a silver platter by someone else. He's basically the French Gomez.

As much as i don't like France, Belgium didn't deserve to go this far. They got insanely lucky against Japan, and then with the help of Fifa got past Brazil. And now they come to this game and lay a turd.

Doesn't count.  Mertens would have scored from the free kick that was denied, giving me a double-double no takey-backeys ban immunity.   And #AnyoneButFrance for WC 2018.

Solid first half with good scenes by hazard. Second half was kinda shit after that CK goal. Oh well. France combines individual quality with tactical discipline so they probably will win it all. Still rooting for an upset by Croatia.

france kinda sucks

paris is a shithole (ask any parisian)

it's like people rooting for japan simply because they like anime and videogames

if you were to cheer for france because you like quality football, that is more understandable
