After living there for close to a year I intend to retire on the Canary Islands. Perfect climate, not the sticky bullshit we have over here or Florida which is hell on earth to me.

Having my first summer house party on Saturday, and I sent the invite before checking the weather. Was pretty nervous but it's supposed to be a sunny 75 in Southie that day.

There's pluses and minuses to the HOA. My former one was pretty good, besides the cost. They were constantly on top of shit, really strict with who they allowed to move in, or rent, so you wouldn't have an asshole walking around with some 50lb viscous pitbull or some cunt blasting her music at 8am while she worked from home.
