Planted 99k in a gold spot only to learn that it's sorta* up to chance whether it'll x3 that, or top out at 30k. $:-\$ (Aka 69k loss, not nice.)

The optimal amount to plant apparently is 11k. You'll make either 33k or 30k.

*Apparently there's a pattern for it you can check (like 30k, 30k, UNLIMITED, 30k), but I'm not sure if I want to dive into the meta of yet another gameplay system though....

Ursula had fleas AGAIN yesterday. I need a bar of soap item to gift to her. The new Resident Services building opened and pretty much blocks the view of Nook’s Cranny the way I placed it so Tom is going to milk some more bells out of me to move it, that crafty raccoon. I bought the second room for my house though, gonna use it to try and craft all the Bunny Day items so I can keep track of what I’ve crafted. There are a LOT of Bunny Day items, and I don’t think I’ve even unlocked all the recipes because I’m still missing either the floor or wallpaper, I forget which.

DIY recipes are weird. The devs encourage player-to-player sharing by not letting you put them in storage or gift them to animal villagers, but that just makes me more likely to sell lol.

That's true but I have 20 coconut trees. If crafting weren't such a pain I'd say it'd be a no brainer to turn them into coconut juice. Like if this were MH's crafting systems I'd have them converted and sold in like 10 seconds flat. In NH the process would probably take 5-8 full minutes.

Coconut trees also procuce more wood eggs. Plus they look cool on the beach.

I suppose there's nothing stopping from someone from buying 7 copies of the game and 7 Switches, setting them so each thinks it's starting on a different day of the week, and then rolling the turnips from the Switch where it's "Sunday" to any of the others...
