How much iron do you need? I can send it along

I think you need at least 8 animal villagers fully moved in too. Past that yeah, plant flowers, put some fences up, and pick up trash/weeds. You can also craft a couple outdoorsy things for your front or back lawn, or the lawns of your villagers. The items you can order for Nook Miles (like the solar panel, pool, etc.) also boost things.
