What flowers does everyone have? I only started actively growing them for the past couple of days.

I have access to windflowers, pansies and hyacinths

With my pm price, lookin at a high spike either Friday morning/evening (53.4%), small spike Friday/sat (26%) or get fucked (20.7%)

I have access to hyacinths, mums, and pansies at the moment, though I've seen windflowers pop up in the store as well. I've gotten some hybrids from mystery tours, namely pink and purple mums, and purple, blue, and orange hyacinths. I've planted a lot of colors and types of flowers haphazardly, though I haven't found any roses or lilies yet.

One lily of the valley did sprout today (see above pic.) More will come, and I realized today because of where I've placed most of my fencing, the majority of them will sprout up on the same plateau I'm planning on moving my house to.

I'm also thinking of trying for a crop of golden roses now that I have the gold watering can.

I've done zero work or coordination with flowers in AC games before, in fact until New Leaf I ignored them entirely, so this is a new AC gameplay system to master. Possibly the last one...

I'm giving it a go but tbh it's really the only thing so far I find to be a real slog. Not that other shit isn't tedious but for whatever reason the pseudo-OCD isn't kicking in with these things

There's no real reward for growing rare ones. Which is the point of a lot of gameplay things in AC sure, but various other systems have at least some vague carrot at the end. With flowers, the game counts a red tulip and gold rose as the same thing.

Trying to grow pink roses for the entrance to my island.  Got like 4 now. Need 18.

Island is called Rose Petal. So it would be natural to have lots of roses. Probably gonna try and make different hybrids so I can make other villagers some gardens.

First up'll be Cranston since he seems to be the villager that's the most into flowers. See him reading books about plants or watering my plants all the time.

Flick is way cooler than CJ, which is the total opposite of what I thought before the game came out. Flick's just chilling with bugs and rocking his own look (seriously, he looks unique among the AC NPC lineup.) Meanwhile CJ is Youngster Joey x 10,000.

I'll have a meteor shower tonight! Celeste is here (somewhere) and people have been talking about clear skies and shooting stars all day. I believe even if you're on my island, if you make a wish here you'll still get the star fragment on your beach tomorrow.

I've been saving some fragments for beezy, but I should get more tomorrow on the beach, so I can give you one or two if that's OK?
