So I'm realizing my layout is pretty fucked up and I need to move buildings. Do I have to do it one building at a time? And if so, does the building move the next day or does it need another full day in construction?

$50k per building move. I'm going to have to sell myself on street corners to cover this.

Kind of want to get enough Tuna, Marlin, and Tarantulas to save for art before they leave after April.

OTOH, I can't really be bothered to  :thinking

Same. Those figurines are probably gonna destroy me worse than trying for all reactions. :lol

I haven't tried moving more than one at a time but from being all up in that menu all the time, they don't prevent you from trying to move another one IIRC... but dunno for certain.

When you pay to move one, you'll get a kit similar to ones for bridges/ramps. Wherever you put it will immediately be under "construction," so the building will reopen the next day. The building itself won't "close" as it's in the process of "moving."

I want to move a building a little to the left, to where the building would overlap the old spot a little. Am I going to have to move it twice for 100,000 bells?  :existential

Slowly redesigning my island. Takes forever having to move trees and flowers and then wait a day for one building to move. Going to take a good week before I've even got the basics done :gloomy

Maybe you can get art from all of your neighbors?

Seems like it? That would be cool and also show that your villagers also interact with Redd  :lol

Would be fun if certain personality types or villagers actually got it wrong.

Nook Miles can be converted to Bells tho.

Also in early/mid-game Miles are almost as valuable as Bells, depending on your goals.

Its 3000 which is a pittance tbh but hey.

And i agree with the value of nook miles especially in the early part but he also doesn't give much either with the most being half the value of a nook miles ticket after setting a plot that he takes 10,000 bells from you beforehand.

You will still be using the nook miles+ tasks and any nook miles stamps you have completed.

Bought @ 107 bells

Monday AM: 93 bells
Monday PM: 89 bells
Tuesday AM: 84 bells
Tuesday PM: 80 bells

48.9% chance decreasing, 46.8% chance large spike, 4.29% chance small spike

Large spike and decreasing swapped likelihood's, not a good sign but the same thing happened last time I had a big spike, not too worried.

Watering flowers is becoming a chore since I went gung ho watering them every day to crossbreed. Now there are too many. Questions:
1. Aside from increasing chances of pollination or crossbreeding, how often should I water flowers?

2. I know upgraded can waters 6 flowers at a time, but does every flower needs to be watered (i.e. drips) for it to sparkle?

3. How long do flowers have to go before they whither?

1. Dunno. Let things grow naturally and see what happens?

2. Nope, drips = sparkles.

3. Dunno but must be quite a while, I haven't seen any withered flowers and I haven't been obsessive about watering them...

Also if you let friends/visitors water them they get a boost that increases the chances of getting hybrids (the sparkles are bigger and more defined plus also golden instead of a small silver flash)

apparently 5+ people watering the same plant gives the highest odds

The whole hybrid thing exploded due to some recently data-mined information that found out how the hybridization process happens (some actual plant genes and shit) so you can get the ultra rare colors for each flower type.
