Fun to see NookLink progress since it launched. Used to be pretty barebones.

+ Reactions
+ Catalog
+ Nook Points

Only need one more to make a perfect 3x3 grid.😩

Only three more Gullivers until my golden shovel DIY... 😭

Then it's only a matter of time until I catch that fucking giraffe stag on July 1st and get the golden net, the final tool. :obama

Getting the golden tools is always early on my Animal Crossing checklist, but this time they definitely haven't made it easy or achievable early lol.

I stopped actively trying for them when I learned they only had double the durability of regular ones and gold drops at like 2%. Haven't had a nugget drop in weeks.

It’s also up on Amazon US too. Sadly it doesn’t come with the kinchaku that the co.jp one does.

Finally got a golden watering can lately and it broke after a few days. Why am I bothering with golden tools?

Because it's another way to keep you playing. NH is designed to be this way.

It's a great reason why NH is such a bad Animal Crossing. The chill game turned into a work game. Broken golden can? Make another so the game doesn't end.

Moved places last week and ended up not playing this for a week and nothing of note happened besides some extra weeds. Think I've probably hit my limit now.

Approaching mine as well. Will probably stop checking in daily at the end of June if I had to guess.

For me I still really want to complete my Museum but that'll take another 10 months or so even playing every day at the current rate... Fucking Redd. :beli

Unless they're saving something big for E3... Otherwise these Year 2 events have been pretty lame.

FINALLY! Almost missed this fucking bug for the second summer in a row, wouldn't have been able to forgive myself if that happened tbh. :lol

Whew. My Critterpedia is done. 3 out of 4 wings of the Museum are now complete. Going forward, will concentrate on KK on Saturdays and checking in for Redd art. The rest of the Nook Mile achievements I need to do are things I can grind sometime down the road.

I haven't played this in over a month and I don't miss it. All I wanted was some new content.

Over 1 year straight isn't bad, at least.

New content would definitely be appreciated. I'm treating this like past ACs and not modern GaaS though.

Yeah the first year was fine. Still had that new smell. But it wore off every quickly even for an AC game

I want to agree with you but it's hard considering I've played NH waaaayyyyy more than past games. And it's not *only* because they added some grind, or because there was a good online community at the start.

We hope for the peaceful purification of all souls release of Animal Crossing DLC 🙏

All that said I've been hankering to boot up New Leaf and check things out again. My big tree turned 8 in June, gotta check that out. :heart
