I’d lobby to pass a federal law that anyone over the age of 26 or so that isn’t earning an income is no longer protected by the laws of the US, meaning it is legal to kill them, assault them, do what you will to them, use them as slaves. It would solve an enormous amount of problems.

I’d also lobby to enact mass expansion of the death penalty. I’ve spoke on this before. I basically think every crime aside from minor traffic violations should be punished with executions. It’s the only way to make the death penalty an actual effective deterrent to criminal acts. It would also be carried out immediately in most cases.

Solves way more problems than it creates. Lower crime. No prisons of any sort necessary. Improves the quality of members of society.

Oh, also, financial five year plans. There would be social safety nets for people not making much money, but if people using them can’t improve their income after 5 years, they will either be conscripted to the military or executed if they refuse or cannot serve. college intellectual commies love 5 year plans and conscription, so it will be cool with them.

Religion would also be abolished. People found practicing anything other than state-sponsored Thelema would be executed.

Maybe I have real political ambitions. Two other things I’d do as Emperor:

1) One guaranteed four day weekend every month for everyone except people using government assistance. They’d only ever have one day weekends at most.
2) The South would be burned down and replaced with various drug-growing fields. Mainly opium. It’d really just be replacing opiate-filled people with actual opium.
