I could live on a diet solely consisting of szechuan hot pots, xiao long bao and zha jiang mian for a few years and be quite happy. Just been tryna scrape the surface of Chinese food the last few years to figure it out. I love Indian, but haven't had enough experience with it to really know what I love. I grab a dosa for lunch sometimes and rotate around the western standards: saag, rogan josh, korma and tikka'd stuff for dinner. Have been to some incredible South Indian places but don't remember the names of the dishes.
