Setting aside the particulars of our opinion about him at this moment, it's very much possible in theory to be able in the future to assess with some certainty if Holowka was an abusive person. It's not remotely as "literally unknowable" as what one thinks when deciding to end their own life except in a very ethereal philosophical framing of "can we know anything really, especially when it involves strangers".
