ResetERA.com should lead the fight to get Jussie, an innocent victim of institutionalized Democratic racism, his job on Empire back along with a new contract.

Right, it's African Americans vs. institutionalized racism.

Notice they let the two Nigerian brothers who committed the hate crime go without any punishment. All while trying to smear and punish an innocent victim in Jussie.

Would you give up on watching MCU movies for 1 year for $100K after tax?

 :era

These questions are always awful. Assuming the average poster’s salary is 100k (it’s not), and 40 hours a week times 52 weeks, they question is basically: would you rather not watch comic book movies or put in 2000 hours of work.

Reading this thread just makes the whole notion of believe the victim especially egregious. Because what seems to be more important to them is identity politics. And so you have people like this denying reality, or you have people who accept he probably did it, but the fact he got off is all fun and jokes. If you had a conservative white man who is wrongfully accused of being the perpetrator of a hate crime, and he gets off, even if the evidence shows he is completely innocent, they wouldn't accept it. Because he is on the 'other side'. It's clear that is all that matters.

White men are bad. White women are pretty bad. Everyone else is kind, benevolent, and is simply trying to exist in a world where vicious whites roam the streets looking for victims. Given that, I find resetera have a pretty good grip on how justice should work.

A plea deal would require him to admit guilt though.
If he doesn't want to do that and have his day in court regardless of the evidence against him... and again, the dude staged a hate crime to get a pay rise... do you want him having that day in court?

Like, the crime he would be being prosecuted for is some weak sauce shit on its own.
If he's not going to cop to it under any circumstance, their options are take it to trial or drop it. That's literally the options available.
